Job Description
Join our team at St. Anthony Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in our geriatric/long-term care unit. We are currently offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions for both day and night shifts, with increased shift differentials available Friday to Sunday evenings.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements: Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Current or pending LPN licensure. Maintaining current BLS/CPR certification.
