Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Granite Ledges of Concord, an exceptional Assisted Living Facility, for a full-time position. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN licensure required.
- BLS/CPR certification to be maintained if employed at a skilled nursing center or as per state requirements for an assisted living facility.
