Job Description
Langdon Place of Exeter Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time basis for the 11 pm - 7 am shift. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to care planning.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients/residents, observe changes in condition, and report to the RN.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
