Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Mineral Springs. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
