Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
