Job Description
Genesis Healthcare at The Elms is currently seeking full-time Day and Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient nursing care, administering medications, supervising unlicensed staff, and contributing to nursing assessments and care planning under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments based on physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
