Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Wolfboro Bay Center. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care, administer medications, and monitor patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and document observations.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
