Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Join Bloomfield Center's geriatric/long-term care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Under new management, we are looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN nurses for day and night shifts.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate patients, report condition changes, and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and monitor patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
