Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking to hire dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
