Job Description
Join River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a difference in the lives of residents and families. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver efficient nursing care, evaluate patients, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administer treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
