Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
