Job Description
Join our team at Genesis Healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and deliver efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in assessing patients, administering medications, and supervising patient care to ensure positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, record observations, and communicate changes in condition.
- Contribute to assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
