LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - HIGHLAND HOUSE

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highland House. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality nursing care to our patients, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and ensuring the well-being of all residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and report any changes to the attending physician.
• Implement physician's orders and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements

• High school graduate with an LPN certification from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and follow medical instructions.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
