Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, supervised by a Registered Nurse.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor their work performance under RN supervision.
- Observe patients for symptoms or changes indicating potential issues and report to the attending physician.
- Execute changes in orders as directed by physicians.
Requirements
- High school graduate with a valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as a charge nurse and provide nursing care to geriatric patients.
- CPR certification and commitment to continuous professional development.
