Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. In this part-time, night position, you will play a crucial role in assisting with nursing services, delegating duties, observing patient conditions, and implementing necessary changes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate tasks to nursing personnel and monitor their performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and notify physicians of emergencies or changes.
• Implement physician's orders and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license.
• Willingness to work as charge nurse and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care and follow doctors' orders.
• CPR certification required.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
