LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - THE OAKS

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Oaks. As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services, delegate duties, observe patients, and provide quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direction of nursing services for unit/hall.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions.
• Notify attending physician of emergencies and implement changes in orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
