Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Woodhaven on a full-time evening shift. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in directing nursing services for the unit/hall, observing patients for any changes, and assisting in emergency care as needed. Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services under RN supervision.
- Delegate duties and monitor performance of nursing personnel.
- Observe patients for any adverse signs or symptoms.
- Coordinate with physicians and implement necessary changes in patient care as directed.
- Perform other assigned nursing duties.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as a charge nurse and during emergencies.
- Ability to deliver quality nursing care and follow medical instructions.
- Yearly CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
