Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit. As an LPN in this full-time role with a weekend commitment and night shifts, you will be an essential part of our team, providing top-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. Levindale, an accredited facility in Baltimore, offers a range of post-acute services to help patients recover after severe illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met by attending to unit operations and taking on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Valid LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and relevant medical equipment operation.
