Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a crucial role in safely administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document on the 24-hour communication reports.
• Maintain resident alert status and document changes appropriately.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and employee information.
• Notify the management team of any resident condition changes.
• Assist with medication records and ordering.
• Monitor medications and report any discrepancies to the pharmacy.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the state.
• Comfortable working with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English preferred.
• Monthly in-service attendance and CPR certification required.
• Background check clearance for employment.
