As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care based on physicians' orders and adhering to established standards and policies. Your role will involve administering various services to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer personal care services to residents.
• Maintain a positive environment that meets residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.
• Document and record resident care data accurately.
• Act promptly in emergencies and ensure resident safety.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to address care needs and staffing requirements.
