Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the completion of all maintenance and repairs of military housing for HS Government Partners, LLC dba Mayroad. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians and administrative assistants to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair tasks for military housing units.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED; vocational/technical school training preferred in maintenance, construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property management or hospitality maintenance with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Universal EPA 608 HVAC certification.
• Ability to obtain Certified Pool Operator certification within 12 months of hire.
