Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is currently hiring a dedicated Service and Maintenance Technician for the Michigan region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the upkeep of Robotics systems in the dairy industry, focusing on preventative maintenance and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly preventative maintenance on all six systems.
• Execute weekly brush changes.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.

Requirements

• Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support.
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to replace bearings, bushings, and other parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Ability to work with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with customers, peers, and management.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
