Job Description
Weaver is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Van Buren, IN. We offer a unique work-life balance schedule where you work 3 days one week and 4 days the next, providing flexibility while ensuring productivity. Join us for the Night Shift from 4:00PM - 4:15AM.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior building repairs.
- Handle pipe fitting, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
- Maintain building utility systems, air compressors, and fire systems.
- Undertake rigging, equipment setting, and mechanical rebuilds.
- Engage in general maintenance tasks like cleaning and repairs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Compensation
Offering a competitive hourly wage in the range of 33-33.
