ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and aesthetics of our properties. You will respond to maintenance calls, maintain lighting systems, perform landscaping duties, and assist in various daily tasks to support property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property checks and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of properties.
- Handle tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory and organize parts and equipment.
- Participate in on-call rotations for tenant emergencies.
- Specialize in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or utility analysis and repair.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of field experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Hold certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree from a two or four-year college or university.
- Experience with MRI or similar software.
