Maintenance Technician Generalist

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team at Mayroad. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition of residential properties and other company assets. From structural repairs to plumbing and electrical work, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and amenities.
• Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure safety standards and address potential hazards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

This role involves working in residential environments with exposure to various hazards. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for safety.

Physical Demands

The position requires physical exertion, including heavy lifting and various physical activities such as climbing and kneeling.

Travel

Minimal travel required, less than 5%.

Compensation
