Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team at Agropur in Lake Norden, SD. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment to support maximum production quantity and quality. As a Maintenance Technician Lead, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to achieve maintenance program goals efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate maintenance technicians to ensure program accomplishment.
• Maintain and repair plant equipment and systems.
• Work on a Monday-Friday schedule with the possibility of extended hours if needed.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Technical Degree or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of six years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in fluid processing, basic welding, and reading electrical and PID drawings.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
