Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential, a leading technology company. As the Manager of Enterprise Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our sites, assets, and personnel through the implementation of security services and best practices. This position involves managing security staff, developing and enforcing security policies, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance physical security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and contracted security staff.
• Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and monitor expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
• Design, implement, and manage physical security systems.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Working knowledge of low voltage security systems.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Proficiency in networking and security technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Experience with access control systems and video management.
• Proficiency in Genetec or similar system architecture.
• Certifications in IT hardware and software.

Base Pay Range

The salary range for this position is estimated at $116,800 - $128,152 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
