Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join Schwan Cosmetics USA, Inc.'s production team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes for cosmetic products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage engineering principles to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance current manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support for production teams and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead initiatives for Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment and technologies for productivity gains.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prioritize health and safety in all processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
