Job Description
Harvard Jolly | PBK Architects is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach, FL. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing regional marketing workflows, coordinating with corporate marketing departments, and enhancing PBK's marketing strategies. This position requires expertise in A/E/C services, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional marketing production assignments and integration of corporate marketing functions.
- Research, survey, and refine marketing techniques to improve strategies.
- Develop and implement firm-wide processes for better marketing production delivery methods.
- Oversee production of responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and collaborate with team members for the best representation of the firm's qualifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related discipline.
- 1+ year of experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
- 4-7 years of A/E/C industry experience in marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines.
