Job Description
We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to join Waupaca Foundry, Inc., the leading supplier of iron castings in North America. As part of our innovative and quality-driven team, you will be responsible for breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs in our state-of-the-art facility in Tell City, IN. Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety guidelines.
- Participate in WF’s 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) effectively.
- Make adjustments to machinery for efficient operations.
- Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Education or experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Solid work history.
- Good oral communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and other related skills.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
If selected, candidates must successfully complete interviews, aptitude tests, pre-employment screenings, and a job function test.
