Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance professional to join the team at Waupaca Foundry, Inc., North America's leading supplier of iron castings. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of our state-of-the-art facility through breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete safety training and adhere to departmental safety guidelines.
• Participate in the 6-S Program for housekeeping.
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
• Perform machinery adjustments to maintain efficient operations.
• Engage in fabrication, machine repair, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Background in Maintenance-related field or actively pursuing related education.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Strong work history with good oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machinery repair.

Education/Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
