Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Care Manager to join our team. As a Med Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner, while providing the highest degree of quality care and services.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Document medication administration.
- Provide resident care in alignment with Sunrise Senior Living's mission.
- Promote quality care and services to residents.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED.
- Medication Management certification.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working with seniors.
- Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest and communicate effectively.
