Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Med Care Manager to join our team. As a Med Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments to residents while upholding the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration accurately.
- Provide quality resident care in line with Sunrise Senior Living's mission.
- Promote and maintain quality care and services based on company policies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; medication management certification.
- Minimum of six months experience working with seniors.
- Ability to make decisions in the resident's best interest and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
