Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Med Techs to join The Pearl at Dallas team. As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, you will monitor residents' health and well-being, provide leadership support, and assist with resident care and services. Responsibilities include medication care assistance/administration, communication with support services and families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, your duties will include identifying residents' ongoing needs, ensuring proper documentation, supporting wellness visits, and assisting with resident care as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements.
• Minimum one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
