Job Description
OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join Reflect Health, our expanding network of healthcare providers. As part of our 'Circle of Care,' you will assist providers in delivering top-tier medical services to our members and their families.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for healthcare visits by obtaining medical history and vital signs.
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and point of care tests.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by disinfecting treatment rooms and monitoring supplies.
- Support front office duties when necessary, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and vendors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
- Experience in healthcare and EMR systems, with strong computer skills and current BLS certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and attend necessary trainings and meetings.
