Job Description

As a Member Advisor at Hoosier Hills Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members by offering tailored financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service, advising on products, and executing various transactions to meet member needs. This position requires a focus on excellent service delivery, sales performance, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the Credit Union's Service Promises
• Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to meet member's financial goals
• Execute transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies
• Participate in team activities and share ideas for continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting with customer interaction
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations
• Ability to analyze data and establish positive working relationships

Work Environment

• Normal physical demands required for branch and corporate work sites
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Works in a typical administrative setting with appropriate facilities
