Job Description

We are looking for a Member Assistance Center Intern to join GreenState Credit Union for a 12-week paid internship program starting on May 20th. As an intern, you will work on various projects, including updating BI dashboards, visual spotlight channel in Microsoft Teams, and Cisco system cleanup. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Adhere to the Credit Union's core values and mission in all interactions.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional member service focus by greeting and assisting members and guests.
  3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the completion of tasks.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of member information and assist with department events.
  5. Provide administrative and clerical support for projects and tasks.
  6. Engage with internal and external parties to achieve organizational objectives.
  7. Participate in community service activities and Credit Union events.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet Credit Union objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Punctuality, willingness to work scheduled hours, and ability to work extra hours if needed.
  2. Current undergraduate student in good academic standing.
  3. Enthusiastic about learning and acquiring knowledge.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  6. Proficiency in basic math and computer applications.
  7. Must be entering junior or senior year of undergraduate studies.
  8. Bondable.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Department Leaders as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not involve supervising other employees.
