Job Description

We are looking for a Membership Services and Outside Events Manager to join NorthStone Country Club LLC. In this role, you will be the primary link between the Club and its members, overseeing member engagement and communication. Your responsibilities will include managing major Club events, coordinating event registration, and actively participating in event execution. Additionally, you will handle the Club's website content, social media presence, and outside sales activities for banquets, weddings, corporate events, and golf outings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to members' comments, questions, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate major Club events and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage the Club's online presence, including website content and social media channels.
  • Conduct outside sales activities for banquets, weddings, corporate events, and golf outings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality, resort, or related industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Additional Information

  • This position requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience with membership sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Physical presence on site during working hours is mandatory.
