Job Description
Vail Place is seeking a passionate and organized Mental Health Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting individuals with mental illness, fostering inclusive communities, and providing crucial services. As part of our Clubhouse Program in Ramsey County, you will help develop the program and oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Clubhouse members and staff to create a supportive environment.
- Develop relationships with members to empower and encourage self-belief.
- Lead by example in promoting abilities while respecting limitations.
- Coordinate intake processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- BA or BS in human services or related field, or BSW with valid Social Work licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health or human services.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License, automobile coverage, and access to a vehicle.
