Job Title: Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker - Overnights

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to join our team at Northstar Behavioral Health Network. As part of our Intensive Residential Services team, you will play a vital role in providing co-occurring treatment for individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise residents to ensure health and safety.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly according to policies.
• Facilitate group interventions and educational lessons.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals on psychiatric emergencies.
• Provide support and strength-based perspectives to residents.
• Conduct regular facility monitoring and drills.
• Maintain safe access to medications for residents.

Required Skills and Experience

• Pass required background check.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Meet requirements for Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker per DHS guidelines.
