Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) - Enhanced Care Services - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) to join our team at Marion County Health & Human Services (MCHHS). In this role, you will provide vital behavioral health services to individuals enrolled in our Enhanced Care Services (ECS) and Enhanced Care Outreach Services (ECOS) programs. These programs are designed to support individuals with serious mental health disorders and complex behaviors, helping them achieve recovery milestones and transition to less intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment to individuals and families, including crisis intervention services.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans, Crisis Plans, and Behavioral Support Plans.
• Coordinate treatment needs and facilitate therapy, case management, group therapy, and skills training.
• Lead IDT meetings, coordinate daily activities, and oversee treatment progress.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum one year of post-Master's degree experience in the behavioral health field (for Mental Health Therapist 2).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon as a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, maintain ethical standards, and ensure confidentiality.
