Join our team at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC as a Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise staff clinicians and interns, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive Behavioral Health services to our diverse clientele. Your day will involve overseeing patient care, managing clinical records, and providing direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team. You will drive client visits in the community, onboard new team members, and ensure productivity goals are met.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related healthcare field.
• Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Arizona.
• Registered Clinical Supervisor with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 5+ years counseling experience, 3+ years as Clinical Supervisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMRs, and client care documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Cultural competency and ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
