Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join our MRAS 2024 Summer Internship/Coop program at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas such as Design, Engineering, Lean, Manufacturing/Production, Quality, Engineering services, and Sourcing/Materials.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work on projects with a duration of 2 to 6 months, developing key skills.
- Create presentations to communicate progress and best practices.
- Analyze data and potentially take on aspects of full-time roles within your field.
- Participate in early talent events and seminars.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Completed one full year of college (rising Sophomore).
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 credit hours in Aeronautical/Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong team player with global collaboration skills.
