We are seeking a dedicated MST Therapist to join our team at PermiaCare in Odessa. As an MST Therapist, you will provide intensive family and community-based treatment to at-risk youth and their families using evidence-based methods. This role involves engaging key participants, conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining clear documentation to support positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MST assessments and engage participants in treatment.
• Implement treatment plans using the MST Analytic Process.
• Maintain a caseload of 4-6 cases and ensure compliance with MST principles.
• Provide direct clinical treatment and participate in training and development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Valid Texas Driver's license and clear background checks.
