Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and adhere to safety regulations.
- Promote life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility to serve residents.
- Effective communication and decision-making skills.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
