Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Clinical Decisions Unit at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position in Westminster, MD, at Carroll Hospital offers day shift hours and responsibilities as an RN leader. The Nurse Manager will work towards improving patient outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and ensuring operational excellence in the unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 accountability for the unit.
- Focus on positive patient outcomes and staff engagement.
- Ensure efficiency in patient throughput and operations.
- Demonstrate competence in clinical, ethical, and legal aspects of patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's and Master's degrees preferred.
- Certifications: CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider, RN - Registered Nurse.
