Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to join our Clinical Decisions Unit at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the unit Director and staff, ensuring positive patient outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and managing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 accountability for the unit, focusing on patient care, staff engagement, and change management.
  • Maintain basic nursing skills and ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.
  • Assume full oversight of the unit in the absence of the Director.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
