Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Room team at Northwest Hospital. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in alignment with our hospital's mission, vision, and nursing philosophy. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patient outcomes through strategic resource coordination and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assume 24-hour accountability for resource coordination in the Emergency Department.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to all patients.
- Work closely with the Director-Patient Care Services to uphold quality service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; BSN preferred.
- 5-7 years of nursing experience, with a Maryland RN license and BLS certification.
- Certification in the area of expertise is desirable.
