Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Room team at LifeBridge Health. As the Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital, you will have 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to deliver high-quality service to our patients. You will work closely with the Director-Patient Care Services to uphold our mission, vision, and philosophy.
Unit Summary
The Northwest Hospital Emergency Department, with 49 beds, serves approximately 60,000 patients annually. Our team handles major and minor illnesses, specializing in cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and minor trauma. Our staff members are known for their positivity and strong organizational skills, providing rapid and effective patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; BSN preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland RN license and BLS certification required.
- Specialized credentials are a plus.
