Join the Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services team as an Occupational Therapist at the Elizabethtown Healthcare & Rehab Center. We are looking for a dedicated professional who will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehab services to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Individualize treatment plans to ensure a personalized rehab experience.
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Work in a supportive environment with in-house therapy and local management support.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) where you will be working.
• Previous SNF rehab experience preferred.
